[ Santa is still on the stage, having been kidnapped by the Burger King. He managed to sneak away from the hosts for awhile by pretending he was getting something for the date and is now using their communication methods to ring up June's tablet. It wasn't that hard to figure out how to use them. They're pretty straight forward.

So. Hopefully she's alone because his face appears R I G H T on her screen. He knocks on the camera and gets his face real up close to it. ]

Jun? June? You there?

She... Well, she hadn't been with anyone, but she wasn't exactly in private. She does hear Santa, and his sudden voice makes her jump a little, stare briefly at her screen, then stuff her tablet in her bag and run to her dressing room.

"Aoi?" she gasps as she pulls it out again, shutting the door as she does.

June!

[ He doesn't back up from the camera and speaks in a whisper. ]

Where are you? I don't know how much time I have. Let's do this quick, okay?

[exequte]

I'm in my dressing room now. Don't worry, no one else is around.

Are you all right? What on earth happened??

Burger King decided he wanted a fucking date with me. I guess my charm is too strong.

[ He sighs. ]

Guess that whole thing was a dangerous joke for anyone to encourage, huh?

I saw the...

[NEVER MIND SHE JUST GROANS]

You might want to remember this next time when you get another bright idea, okay?

Good thing, because I have another bright idea.

[ He glances around. ]

We might want to be a bit covert about it, though, in case someone's listening.

[She frowns at that, not displeased so much as slightly confused.]

All right. I am in my dressing room, though. No one else is around, at least on my end. What about yours? Is your boyfriend very close?

[jinglebros]

Ugh. [ He makes a face. ] No, but what if I'm wrong about how this camera works? What if this is broadcasting somewhere else?

[exequte]

That's a good point. I guess we don't really have the time or the ability to test it.

All right. What did you want to say?

Remember when we were kids? When we stayed with Grandma and she cooked the best apple pie?

[ oh santa you mean the time you snuck into some old lady's cellar and ate some old pie and got food poisoning yes that time ]

Wasn't that great?

[ you mean terrible but yes he's getting at something ]

Hm, I think you liked it better than I did...

[This conversation is going to sound suspicious now on the off chance that someone else is listening in, but she's not sure what they can do about that. At least the meaning will be a little harder to decipher.]

Okay, maybe a bit, but I was thinking... why don't we share that experience with the others? I bet they'd really like some good food.

[ Hmm. ]
